Dr Ranajit Das

Dr Ranajit Das is the founder of NuevoTech Mining, NuevoTech
Soft and MineOpt. He is a Mining Engineer with over 30 years of
experience in the mining industry in India, Chile and Australia.
Member of AusIMM and a Chartered Professional (Mining), he is
a PhD from Curtin University in the area of min schedule
optimisation. He is also an MBA with an extensive knowledge
and experience in the areas of mine planning, mining projects,
exploration, contractual operations, mine planning, operations,
logistics, feasibility study, tendering for mining contracts. He has
been the key person in steering an iron ore mine in Chile from
exploration to production and has worked in Australia as a
consultant in a mine planning software company for over 10
years.

Dr. Saswata Mukherjee

Dr Saswata Mukherjee, a geologist with a diverse technical
background and a cumulative experience of 15 years,
working in multidisciplinary roles encompassing
structural modelling, deposit characterisation, image
petrophysics and geomechanics/geotechnical
engineering. Saswata is a specialist in the areas of
reservoir modelling, geotechnical structural modelling,
2D & 3D Seismic interpretation, wireline logging and
borehole image log evaluation and interpretation. He has
also been involved in planning and supporting
exploration operations, geological mapping, reserves and
resources estimation for conventional and
unconventional resources, scoping and due diligence
studies of new projects. Saswata is based in Brisbane.
Saswata’s rich experience brings great ideas to the future
planned software in the geology domain.

Seshu Yerramsetti

Seshu Yerramsetti is an accomplished professional in the
information and communication technology industry with more

than 22 years in , telecom, and banking sector organisations in
Australia, Singapore and India. Started with software
development; has taken on complex projects such as entire
SDLC; managed complex IT projects. He holds two master’s
degrees, one in Information Technology from Murdoch University,
WA and an MBA from a reputed university in India. He is based in
Perth. His focus is on the Industry 4.0 applications AI/ML/DS and
IoT solutions for the future products of NuevoTech Soft.

Adriaan Benson

Adriaan is a highly experienced mining engineer with over 38 years’
experience within the mining sector, comprehensive knowledge in
relation to large open cut coal mines, underground coal mines and
large hard rock open pit operations. He has expert knowledge and
solid experience in technically focused roles such as Technical
Services Manager and General Manger Technical Services.
Complimentary to strong technical knowledge is years of
production (open cut and underground) experience, with a track
record of achieving substantial, quantifiable results. Specialist
expertise in the development and implementation of various
processes and systems focused on improving overall mining
operations. Exceptional leadership skills coupled with an innate
ability to drive an organisation forward to deliver on the company’s
vision and strategic goals, backed by robust technical skills and
processes.

Peter Alexander

Peter Alexander Peter is a mining and geology consulting specialist
focusing on the application of technological software applications
to business functions associated with the estimation and evaluation
of mineral resources. He has worked with a major technical
consulting firm as Principal Mining Engineer; mentoring junior staff,
developing study procedures, completing due diligence and
feasibility study work for various mining projects in Australia and
overseas. Previously He worked with a leading Australian technical
software group specializing in geological and mining software
applications.
His key strengths are in the application of technical software, to
data validation, resource modelling, strategic mine planning and
mine-able reserve estimation.

Pinki is helping NuevoTech and MineOpt in the admin and Finance
area. She is also one of the Directors for NuevoTech Mining Pty Ltd Australia, NuevoTech Soft Pvt Ltd, India and NuevoTech Soft Ltd. Pinki
has experience of working as admin and finance assistance in
Australia and is an expert in the usage of Xero software used in day-
to-day accounting and submission of returns.
